Nudge is a focus timer app for iOS. It helps you track focused work sessions with features like Pomodoro timers, countdown timers, and count-up timers. It is not a medical device, ADHD treatment tool, or substitute for professional medical advice. While designed with ADHD-friendly features, Nudge is a productivity tool, not a healthcare product.
All data you create in Nudge belongs to you. It is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it and cannot recover it if you delete it or lose your device. You are responsible for your own backups.
Nudge Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase for $6.99 USD (price may vary by region). This purchase is non-refundable as per Apple's standard refund policies. You can restore your purchase on any device signed into the same Apple ID.
Use Nudge for personal productivity and focus tracking. Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code. Don't use the app for any illegal purpose.
Nudge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make a reliable app, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nudge is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nudge. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app ($6.99 or $0 for the free tier).
We may update these terms. Continued use of Nudge after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or this page.
